Refund Policy

*In the below policy, Belleville Youth Soccer Club will be referred to as “The Club”*

Section 1

1.1  There are 3 soccer seasons in a year (Winter Indoor, Summer Outdoor, Fall Indoor).

1.2  The following Refund Policy will apply to all the seasons of soccer that The Club organizes each year.

Section 2

2.1 If a refund is requested, the following items must be presented to The Club;

• Receipt of registration (copy of registration form).
• That seasons uniform (jersey, shorts and socks).
• A written statement, detailing why a refund has been requested.

Section 3

3.1 Full refunds will be provided before the start of that season, minus a $25 administration fee to process your refund in a timely manner.

3.2 After the start date of a season, refund requests will no longer be taken.

Section 4

Exceptions to Sections 3;

4.1 A complete full refund will be provided if an age division (whether competitive or house league) does not run for that season. An administration fee will not be charged.

4.2 A full refund, minus a $25 administration fee will be provided if participant obtains an injury that prevents them from further participation in soccer. The injury MUST occurred during play of an Ontario Soccer Association (OSA) game.

Section 5

5.1 All refunds that are processed by The Club will be given back in the form of Cheque.

5.2 All refund cheques will be processed within a schedule of 14 business days. Cheques are to be picked up from the The Club during office hours posted for that season.       

5.3 All refunds that are processed by The Club, will be provided to those that made the initial payment for registration.

5.4 Once a refund has been provided, the participant is no longer a player with The Club for the duration of that season. The refunded participant must stay on the spectator’s side of the field, and not enter the technical area.
